Delivery & Shipping

Your order is prepared with care and handed to our delivery partner on the same day or the following day.

Kurdistan Region: delivery usually arrives within 1–2 days.
Other Iraqi governorates: delivery usually arrives within 3–5 days.

If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery period, please contact SHAZHNANA immediately. We may contact you through WhatsApp, Viber, phone call, or SMS. Please provide your full street address; when missing, delivery may increase to 5,000 IQD in the Kurdistan Region and 7,000 IQD elsewhere in Iraq. If several contact attempts are unanswered for two days, an order may be returned to SHAZHNANA.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, SHAZHNANA does not offer returns or exchanges after an order has been accepted and opened. You may inspect the product in front of the delivery representative; if you do not wish to keep it, return it immediately with the representative at no cost.

If an item arrives broken or damaged, contact SHAZHNANA on the same day you receive it. We may ask for clear photos or a short video. Once an order is accepted, taken, and opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrived damaged or broken and was reported that day.

Products are subject to availability, and we may contact you to confirm an order, clarify delivery details, or resolve an availability issue before fulfillment.

Product prices and applicable delivery fees are shown in Iraqi dinar (IQD). Cash on Delivery is available where offered at checkout. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, checkout, customer accounts, or other customers.
